Fortunately, wild camping is still possible in Romania. You just need to find a nice place next to a river or close to the forest and enjoy a rest after a cycling day. Anyway, this kind of camping can not assure you minimum conditions like a hot shower, toilets, electricity, laundry, kitchen or total security. In some areas wild animals could be also an inconvenient.
